Every two years, Slow Food brings together international producers, communities, chefs and visitors from all over the world asking all of them to share their point of view on agrobiodiversity and sustainability. Every day the food we choose brings up many questions, related not only to our health, but also to environment, social justice, economics and politics. The communication campaign for the 12th edition of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto focuses on people’s hands holding knives, forks and spoons: choosing what to eat is a revolutionary choice which means taking sides and thinking about the future.
